You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (and any organization you represent) and iSearchFrom.

iSearchFrom provides tools for location-based search verification, including simulated Google searches with custom location, language, device, and SafeSearch settings, SERP and ad tracking, AI visibility monitoring, and API access. The Service evolves over time, and we may add, change, or remove features as the product matures.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account or workspace. You must ensure that anyone you invite uses the Service in line with these Terms and applicable law, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.

If your plan includes API access, the API keys issued to you are confidential credentials. You must keep them secret, must not share them outside your organization, and are responsible for all usage under them. We may revoke or rotate API keys for security reasons or where these Terms are breached.

You may use the Service for lawful search verification, reporting, localization, and visibility workflows. You must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent permitted by law.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, authentication, or other technical restrictions.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan.
• Place an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on, or otherwise disrupt, our infrastructure.
• Use the Service to violate the terms, policies, or rights of any third party, or to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Upload or transmit malware or any code intended to harm or interfere with the Service.

Some features let you make campaigns, reports, or other content publicly accessible. Anything you choose to make public can be viewed by anyone with the link, without an account. You are responsible for the content you share publicly and for ensuring you have the right to share it, and we may disable public access to content that violates these Terms or applicable law. You can make content private again at any time, although copies made by others while it was public may persist.

Plans may include limits on searches, exports, API calls, projects, seats, and other features, as described at checkout or on our pricing page. Where the Service uses tokens or credits, they are consumed as you use the relevant features. We may apply fair-use limits and may rate limit or block traffic that we reasonably consider abusive.

Tokens included with a subscription plan are refreshed to your plan allowance at the start of each billing cycle; unused subscription tokens do not roll over and expire at the end of the billing cycle in which they were granted. Tokens purchased as one-time top-ups do not expire while your account remains active. All tokens have no cash or monetary value, are non-transferable, and are forfeited when your account is closed or terminated.

We may modify, limit, or discontinue free plans and trials at any time.

Paid plans are billed in advance according to the billing cycle you select. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods at the then-current price. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Fees are exclusive of taxes; VAT or other applicable taxes are added where required. We may change prices, with notice taking effect at your next renewal.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by non-waivable applicable law. This includes subscriptions, token or credit top-ups, pay-as-you-go usage, API usage, reports, exports, and any other one-time or recurring purchases. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period, but we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, unused tokens or credits, reduced usage, or unused features.

The Service is usage-based and costs us money to provide, including third-party data, compute, proxy, search, storage, and infrastructure costs that may be incurred as soon as access is made available or usage begins. By completing a purchase on our site, you expressly request immediate access to and performance of the purchased digital service, acknowledge that performance begins immediately, and agree that you waive and lose any 14-day consumer withdrawal, cancellation, or refund right that might otherwise apply to digital content or digital services once access is provided or usage starts.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by iSearchFrom and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Data and content you submit remain yours; you grant us the rights needed to process it in order to provide and improve the Service.

Search results and related data originate from third-party search engines and data sources and are provided to you as-is. You are responsible for the queries you run and for how you interpret and use the results. The Service relies on third-party providers, and we are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service may be subject to its own terms.

iSearchFrom is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or any other search engine or AI provider whose results the Service surfaces. "Google" and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the services concerned.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that search results will be accurate, complete, or current. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSearchFrom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

If you use the Service for business purposes, you agree to indemnify and hold iSearchFrom harmless from any claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, misuse the Service, or where required for legal or security reasons. You may terminate at any time by closing your account. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may modify the Service and update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in advance through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Lithuania have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence. Consumers in the EU retain the protection of mandatory provisions of their local law and may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.

• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with your plan details and our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and iSearchFrom regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
• Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: you may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers, internet disruptions, labor disputes, or acts of government.
• Notices: we may provide notices through the Service or to the email address associated with your account. Notices to us should be sent to the contact details below.
